Feedback loops

When wanting to avoid a bad reputation with the largest ISPs, one of the most important mechanisms is to establish Feedback Loops,. When a recipient marks a newsletter from a specific client as junk or spam, we receive a specially formatted message from the ISP.

This enables us to add the e-mail in question to a special Stop list. This ensures that it won't receive anything else from that client.

This way, our client avoids a situation where they accidentally send to this mail address again and then lose reputation.

We are currently integrating the following:

  • Hotmail
  • Outlook.com
  • Yahoo
  • AOL
  • OpenSRS
  • Tucows
  • Fastmail
  • Rackspace
  • Terra
  • USA.net
  • Zoho
  • Comcast
  • RoadRunner
  • Cox
  • Bluetie
  • Excite
  • Synacor
  • United Online
  • Juno
  • NetZero
  • BlueLight Internet
