Bounce handling

Keeping your lists clean and updated with regards to recipients whose e-mail addresses suddenly becomes invalid is very important for your reputation.

We categorise bounces as respectively hard and soft depending how soon after delivery we recieve them.

  • If we get a quick bounce, it is most likely caused by a permanent error and we suspend future deliveries immediately.
  • If it is a temporary error, we will retry the delivery again at the next newsletter.
  • If we receive errors from three consecutive newsletters, we will suspend future deliveries.

Get a free Ubivox trial

In the trial period, every function is available. However, you can only send to a max. of 50 recipients per delivery.

Subscriptions and payment

Turn your trial into a full subscription by activating it. This is done by adding credit card details, in the account administration, and choosing a subscription.

No minimum contact period or risks

If you choose to not activate your account, the trial will automatically be closed after 10 days. You will only be invoiced if you actively subscribe.
