Having good intentions is one thing. Showing good results is a totally different manner. This is why we monitor our reply times. Our goals for reply times are presented in the table to your right.

Our average reply time, from when we receive an inquiry untill the first reply is sent, is normally below 60 minutes. This goes for all account types.

In other words, you can always help and support being fast through e-mails; and instantaneous through live chat, if our staff is online.

We also measure the quality of our support - all inquiries are followed up on with a survey that simply asks the question: Are you satisfied with the quality of the answer you got, or not?

Get a free Ubivox trial

In the trial period, every function is available. However, you can only send to a max. of 50 recipients per delivery.

Subscriptions and payment

Turn your trial into a full subscription by activating it. This is done by adding credit card details, in the account administration, and choosing a subscription.

No minimum contact period or risks

If you choose to not activate your account, the trial will automatically be closed after 10 days. You will only be invoiced if you actively subscribe.
