Help materials

Our help materials are designed to give you an in-depth knowledge of Ubivox. These range from guids that walk you trough specific features and tasks - to ones that deal with newsletters on a higher level. Furthermore, we have videos which, via sound and images, walks you through Ubivox.

The vast majority of questions can be answered by reading a guide on our help site. However, should you have problems with finding a solution to a challenge, you can always contact support. Inquiries of that kind often result in a new guide regarding the subject you asked about; so we appreciate your help in making us better.

Get a free Ubivox trial

In the trial period, every function is available. However, you can only send to a max. of 50 recipients per delivery.

When you create your account, you confirm that you will also follow our anti spam policy and business terms.

Subscriptions and payment

Turn your trial into a full subscription by activating it. This is done by adding credit card details, in the account administration, and choosing a subscription.

No minimum contact period or risks

If you choose to not activate your account, the trial will automatically be closed after 10 days. You will only be invoiced if you actively subscribe.
