Ubivox and spam
Spam policy and recipient security
- We do not allow the users of the system to send e-mails without valid consent from the recipient.
- The Ubivox system will automatically filter out invalid e-mail addresses after a number of failed delivery attempts, which each client decides themselves. The default number for this is 3.
- We handle all complaints very seriously, since we do not like recieving spam ourselves.
- If an e-mail is marked as spam by Yahoo, Hotmail or any other provider that we have a partnership with, this will be registered in our information about our client. Clients that receive too many complaints are terminated.
- We accept any unsubscription - regardless of reason.

Did you receive spam from an Ubivox customer
If you suspect that you may have received an e-mail trough the Ubivox system that you did not consent to, we recommend that you contact us on abuse@ubivox.com.
The more information you can include about the newsletter in your report, the better. Try to include at least the exact time and if possible all the headers of the e-mail.
The Ubivox system is dependant on recipients being confident that they will not receive unsolicited deliveries. Therefore, we find it important that we stop potential abusers as quickly as possible.
We employ a strict zero tolerence policy regarding abusers of the system. We do not accept any breach of the agreement between the sender and Ubivox regarding the use of the system.
Is Ubivox congesting your e-mail systems?
As the Ubivox system is used by many large clients, we have a completely natural need to deliver large volumes of e-mails. This can have an effect on third party e-mail servers. We do what we can to limit the congestion on external systems.
If our limits do not meet your expectations or if you want another routing if the e-mail for your domains, we would kindly ask you to read more on postmaster.ubivox.com.
