Frequently asked questions
Minimum contract period?
There is no minimum contract period in Ubivox. You can cancel your account up to seven days before your subscription period ends. If you cancel your account you are of course free to export all your lists for future use.
Can I upgrade a yearly account?
Yes. Whenever your amount of contacts on your account cross a new step, you will automatically be charged the new yearly price for the rest of your yearly period.
Are my data secure with you?
Data privacy and security is important to us. We only transfer data via secure connections (HTTPS), we take backups every day and all backups are encrypted and stored on secure servers.
How do I pay?
When you activate your account you fill in your credit card information. Every month the subscription and any add ons is charged and you will receive an invoice sent as a PDF to your e-mail address.
All transactions are handled by the PCI-certified payment processor Pensio.
What payment methods do you support?
We accept the following credit cards. If your company can't used credit cards please contact us for other options.
