This is how we work

We are housed on the first floor of Søtorvet 5 in the city centre of Copenhagen. This puts us close to some of the major attractions and business life in the city.

Global presence, locally

Our head quarters being in Denmark, our focus and core competencies mainly lie with Europe. At the same time, we are also present throughout the world through close collaboration with our partners and agencies that distribute Ubivox.

This gives us a versatile work day, where our focus is on development in an international scale, while keeping our European and local values. This focus means that it is natural for us to maintain and monitor our systems at all times - even when this skews our work hours.

We expect that all of our coworkers are able to function and participate in an international online environment, where contemporary means of communication are used - such as web meetings, intranet systems, Twitter, IRC, e-mail and more.

Going to work has to be a pleasure

We practice having home work days and flexible working hours under the motto "Freedom with responsibility and common sense". However, we also strive to make it so pleasant at the office that most of our colleagues prefer coming in every day to solve the challenges of the day together.

Our friendly lunch solution makes sure that we get fuelled for the challenges of the day, whether this is by a fresh bowl of salad or a solid BLT.

It is natural for us to always have on a pot of coffee or a kettle of water for tea - and there is always enough for both expected and unexpected guests, so anyone can feel free to come by and say hello.
